Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all labels intact.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been opened, used, damaged due to customer handling, or purchased during special clearance offers are not eligible for return.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Replacement Policy

If the product received is damaged or incorrect, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
